Access to and use of the online magazine and Pty Ltd, and its associated email alert, is provided by Macquarie IT Pty Ltd called in this document “the publishers”, on the following terms. Please read the whole of this page carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not obtain information, services or products from this site.The publishers reserve the right to review and modify any of the Terms of Use at any time. If you are a subscriber to the email or the online magazine or any of its products or services, you acknowledge that:• you purchase the right to access the MIT Times email or online magazine from any computer you choose, for the duration of your subscription;• your subscription is for your own personal use only and you will not enable third parties to have access to the email whether free or for a charge;• where a subscription for a site licence has been paid for, an individual receiving the MIT Times email on behalf of others is authorised to forward the MIT Times email only to the number of email addresses paid for in their site licence subscription;

• you are solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of any password or user ID that may be issued to you from time to time and you will not reveal (or cause to be revealed through any act or omission) your password to any other person;

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remainder.

Privacy periodic email and the online magazine. are published by Macquarie IT Pty Ltd which employs staff and manages subscriber databases and accounting services for the business. MIT Times uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard personally identifiable information in its possession against loss, theft, and unauthorised use, disclosure or modification. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. Remember to close your browser when you have finished a user session.
